Located in the historical center of the city, Brasserie Paul is the oldest brasserie still operating in Rouen today.
Entirely renovated by Philippe Coudy, this brasserie reinvented the tradition of good food and good service for a reasonable price.
With its 2 chefs Thierry Dhé and Fabien Delpierre, the kitchen team followed the training programs of the 2 finest cuisine academies in France, GASTON LENOTRE and ALAIN DUCASSE.
The cuisine is in the classical French brasserie style, made only with the finest fresh and regional products (duck foie gras, rabbit pâté, snails bred in a village near Rouen, chicken from a Norman farm; fine cheeses matured by Olivier, farm cider, apple tart etc.)
Our wines are selected by Pierre Noble, a native Rouen cellar man.
We look forward to your visit.
