Located at 1 Place de la Cathédrale, in the historic center of the city, Brasserie Paul is the oldest brasserie in Rouen still in operation.

Entirely renovated in 2006 by Philippe Coudy, it is in line with the tradition of fine dining at reasonable prices.

The kitchen staff, managed by Thierry Dhé, has been trained at the best culinary schools such as Ducasse and Lenôtre. Our cuisine is that of the traditional brasserie in the classic French style, only using local and fresh products, such as foie gras or snails from the Normandy region of Eure, chicken raised outdoor in a farm not far from Dieppe, regional cider..). Our fine wines are selected by Rouen’s wine merchant Pierre Noble.

The Boss’s « coup de cœur »

La Voulte Gasparets 2017 Cuvée Réservée » a wine made faithfully by Patrick Reverdy.

Hand picked grapes from 20 to 40 year old vines growing under the Boutenac sun and wind, and matured in oak barrels. In the middle of the grapevines, you find a chapel along with a cemetery as testimony of the faith of people of this land, blackened by too much sun and light. One of the best wines of the region that we love so much.
